Schedule Associates Selects Adobe Connect Pro as Training Platform

May 19, 2009--Schedule Associates has selected Adobe Connect Pro as the platform for delivery of their online project management and Microsoft Project courses. In addition to licensing the core software that provides the capability to hold online meetings and collaborative working sessions, the training and consulting firm has licensed Adobe's training module in Connect Pro. This module provides the capability to define curriculums, courses, and courseware and to control participants' progression through the courses by enforcing prerequisites and to report on participant status and success with the training.
"We're excited to leverage the capability that Connect Pro provides to share our exclusive high-quality courseware and instructors' facilitation skills with a wider audience," stated David Kaiser, manager of curriculum development and delivery. "Our customers will find they have more choices for when and how they receive our training and consulting."
"In addition, as an education provider we know that real change takes place when course attendees apply what they learned in the classroom in their workplace and we expect to use the collaborative capabilities provided by Adobe Connect Pro to support Schedule Associates class attendees following their participation in class. For example, a class participant may be wrestling with how to accomplish something in Microsoft Project. With Connect Pro that person can join a Schedule Associates instructor online to share the desktop and work through the issue in the student's actual project plan."
Adobe Connect Pro requires only that the participants have Flash installed so is readily accessible to thousands of people around the world.
