This course is intended for organizations that have been using Microsoft Project or Project Pro for Office 365, but who have recently implemented Microsoft Project Server or Project Online and so need an understanding of how best to use the various components of Server or Project Online, their benefits, and what needs to be done differently because they’re now operating in a Server or Project Online rather than a stand-alone environment.

A mix of demonstrations in the various Microsoft Project Server/Project Online components, explanation of concepts on flip charts or whiteboards, and hands-on exercises in the software to confirm understanding. Class sessions involve attendees working in Microsoft Project Server or Project Online to gain first-hand experience with the tool.
Some familiarity with project management concepts is assumed.
In addition, attendees should possess a thorough understanding of how to use Microsoft Project Professional since this course doesn’t include content on how to use Microsoft Project except as it relates to Project Server or Project Online.
