Project Management for Non-Project Managers (Course #2033-PM002)--This one day class is ideal for "casual project managers," those who are responsible for, or are being given responsibility for, managing small less formal projects, but who do not expect to be full time project managers. Join us to learn the key project management techniques that will allow you to structure the project for success and get hands-on practice with those techniques. Attendees leave with a start on a preliminary plan for one of their projects! The instructor for this class is a seasoned project manager who is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®).

Project Management with Microsoft Project (Course #2033-MSP001)--Learn how to really use Microsoft Project in the workplace in this two day in-depth class. Attendees learn how to build a schedule that conforms with best practices, assign resources, assess schedule risk, track progress on the project, and more. Participants will gain a thorough understanding of how Project calculates schedules so that they can control the application so that it behaves as they want. More than just a "click here, click there" class, this session provides attendees with a real "under-the-hood" understanding of how Microsoft Project works so that they can get the most value from the application. This class is appropriate for new and more experienced Microsoft Project users and will be taught by an experienced project manager who is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and who is also a Microsoft Certified Information Technology Professional (MCITP). A computer and Microsoft Project 2010 are provided for each student to use during class.

Advanced Project and Program Management with Microsoft Project (Course #2033-MSP003)--Want to get even more from Microsoft Project? This class provides attendees with the knowledge needed to truly use Project as a tool in more complex environments. Learn how to effectively use Project for rolling wave planning, in agile development environments, to perform what-if analyses, for conducting earned value analysis, for planning and managing multiple projects, and more. Taught by an experienced and certified project manager who is also a Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), this class will provide attendees what they need to get even more value from Microsoft Project.  A computer and Microsoft  Project 2010 are  provided for each student to use during class.

Simply take the Schedule Associates Microsoft Project class of your choosing and we'll send you a Microsoft Project 2007 course manual after the class at no charge.
