Project Management with Microsoft Project (Course #2033-MSP001)--Learn how to really use Microsoft Project in the workplace in this two day in-depth class. Attendees learn how to build a schedule that conforms with best practices, assign resources, assess schedule risk, track progress on the project, and more. Participants will gain a thorough understanding of how Project calculates schedules so that they can control the application so that it behaves as they want. More than just a "click here, click there" class, this session provides attendees with a real "under-the-hood" understanding of how Microsoft Project works so that they can get the most value from the application. This class is appropriate for new and more experienced Microsoft Project users and will be taught by an experienced project manager who is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and who is also a Microsoft Certified Information Technology Professional (MCITP).
